Bestic, Captain A.: 1957 London, hardcover 207 pages, with photo's. First edition memoir of a sea captain recalling his first voyage as an apprentice in the last days of sail. His ship, the 'Denbigh Castle', was at sea for eight and a half months without touching land. The actual voyage was from Cardiff to Mollendo, October 9th, 1908 - November 21st, 1909, with a stop at Fremantle. In good condition
