Terms and Conditions
1. All prices on the website and in the catalog are including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Shipping costs depend on shipping within the Netherlands.
For prices outside the Netherlands, different prices apply.
Prices, information and articles can always be changed.
2. Sidonius reserves the right to make partial deliveries, so that an order is sent in 2 or more shipments.
However, if your order can be delivered in full within a few days, it will be sent as soon as all items are in stock.
3. Specially ordered titles can never be canceled without permission from Sidonius.
5. If the order is delivered on account, payment must be made within 14 days after the invoice date.
The transfer periods of the various payment institutions must be taken into account.
If the payment term is exceeded, reminder costs will be charged.
If it concerns a collection agency, there are additional costs at any time for customers who do not meet their obligations on time.
6. Delivery on account is only possible if no previous invoices have been opened.
7. Sidonius may refuse customers the use of the credit facility at any time.
8. Damaged goods must be reported by telephone or e-mail within 2 days after receiving the shipment.
Sidonius is never responsible for the return shipment and can never be held responsible for it.
9. Return shipments are only accepted after prior telephone agreement or confirmation by e-mail.
Unless otherwise agreed, the costs of the return shipment will be borne by the customer.
Unstamped returns are not accepted.
10. Sidonius is not liable for damage caused by the use of delivered items.
